Okay, I'm taking a deep breath, regrouping, turning the tv from cable news, and letting go of the political blogs.The country is going to be in good hands. Now I can get back to the blogs I love and inspire me. On that note, are these not the most adorable things that you've ever seen? Oh...my...gosh, Cinderella, eat your heart out. I want these and in every color. My clever friend Karen at A'Musements, designs and creates the darling little slippers, just perfect for decor, Christmas tree and package ornaments, or just because they are too sweet to resist. Check these out and all of the wonderful and very French things there. Her blog is a feast for the eyes and her witty writing style always brightens my day.

Well this is funny.... I am either SO sick of slippers or I feel like they are EVERYWHERE, so when I saw this on your blog a while back, (and you and I both have black backgrounds, etc) I must have thought I was on MY blog looking at the picture and scrolled on.... THANK YOU for your Manolo remark. I'm sure he's QUAKING at the thought of me and my glue gun running over his territory... NOT.
